apologies for the poor quality - images taken with my web cam which has no focus... this is some of the process work done on Sunday. Mapping ideas and looking for links, gaps and themes.

Interesting murky images!
Here are some ideas in point form, that I had while reading all of this:
- the idea that 'all forms of talking is spin'; as soon as you utter a thought you have put a spin on it
- inevitable spin: misinterpretation of words and various subtleties! people must do this all the time: can these errors be categorised or listed?
- 'language of blurbs' is like the language of art press releases, the language of sports, etc: they are all subcultures
- i think a lot about the violence and power plays in simple rhetoric: it is fascinating how people can say so much 'between the lines' (i'm thinking of work situations, personal situations, anything where power or authority is at stake or threatened)
